Open House is a wonderful way to introduce a home for sale to
the neighborhood and to potential buyers.When we hold an Open House, visitors are able to show up and view the property without an appointment. We set up a time and date for the Open House and put out in advance directional signs that direct people to the house and advertise the time and date of the event. When they arrive, guests are greeted by one of our Realtors® who gives them a tour of the home and answers any questions they might have. An Open House provides a friendly, informal atmosphere
wherein visitors can view the house casually, without
